Description
From the Presciuttini oil mill extracted with the MORI-TEM 2 -phase system , this precious oil comes from the green color with golden reflections. Obtained from olives belonging to the varieties of Carboncella, Frantoio, Leccino and Caninese, picked with hand picking in the period between 10 October and 30 November, this sweet-tasting oil has a marked clarity due to filtering and high fluidity.
Its use is recommended raw on salads, bruschetta, pinzimonio, fish, preparation of oil and mayonnaise. In the kitchen it is excellent for sauces, sautées and fries.
Nose: light fruity, fresh olive net, with soft notes of apple and ripe fruit
Taste: clean, cut grass, opens with a sweet sensation followed by a pleasant and light pungent note, absence of bitterness.
